kinda, you would have to get a program that records your screen (like http://www.fraps.com/) and just play your slideshow while recording, then upload that record to youtube

  • Mew says:

Yes, but it’s hard. you need a application that changes PowerPoint’s PPS file plot to AVI or WMV or some other record tool. I use Windows Media Encoder to just record what’s showing on my screen, and then I edit it in Windows Movie Maker. It’s sub-optimal, but it works. Other converter applications can cost up to $1000.

  • Teach me says:

Yes, when you end the powerpoint you have to edit with windows movie maker(to make it a movie)
You can get powerpoint from the microsoft website but its not free
There is a free one that is like powerpoint
    its called openoffice.org

youtube doesn’t accept powerpoint files… but windows movie maker can make slideshow/record that youtube accepts…

use windows movie maker (built-in in your windows machine)… it can help you make gorgeous slideshow or record clip(e.g. mixing your songs with pictures/record/lyrics/etc)…. then save it as record file such as wmv… finally upload.

or .. Just get those clips you want , save & exchange them, and then mix/match with pix/sound/etc using windows movie maker to make new masterpieces….

this will help you…. Use ‘zillatube’. This is the simplest (and also the greatest) way.

Zillatube produces mpg/mp3 formats from youtube that are compatible with windows movie maker(or media player), and more.

It is very simple to download and exchange videos. Then edit those converted mp3/mpg videos with windows movie maker… save your file as wmv and then upload.

It works very well….just google search for “zillatube”

Make your slide save it as a JPEG then it is just like a picture you can use in Windows movie maker and other programs

there are two ways to place powerpoint on youtube:
    1. Use windows movie maker that built-in in your windows machine (see how to import PowerPoint to windows movie maker ( http://www.dvd-ppt-slideshow.com/ppt-to-dvd-tips/import-powerpoint-to-windows-movie-maker.html ) ). It can help you make gorgeous slideshow or record clip (e.g. mixing your songs with pictures/record/lyrics/etc), then save it as record file such as wmv.

Or just get those clips you want, save & exchange them, and then mix/match with pix/sound/etc using windows movie maker to make new masterpieces.

When the output record comes out, you can upload it to YouTube.

    2. Use third party software to exchange PowerPoint to YouTube support record. Moyea PPT4Web Converter ( http://www.dvd-ppt-slideshow.com/ppt-to-flash/ ) is the right tool to help you easily exchange your PowerPoint presentations to stunning videos. With it, you won’t lose any voice, movies, animations and transitions in the original PowerPoint. The record converted should retain all the subtitles in the PowerPoint.

With only 3 clicks, you can exchange PowerPoint presentations to record formats such as MPEG, AVI, MP4, WMV, MOV and 3GP with brilliant quality.

Step of how to do it:
    1. Bed in Moyea PPT4Web Converter.
    2. Run it and then click Import to load the PowerPoint presentations you want to exchange.
    3. Click Output to set the output formats, I recommend MP4 or WMV plot.
    4. Click Start to start the converting.

Minutes later, you can upload the converted record to YouTube.
