You will need to buy a genuine copy of Windows 7 from Microsoft or your local computer/electroncis store. You are not entitled to bed in Windows 7 on other computers in your household without explicitly purchasing a license for that computer.

Also, I am not sure if your “ancient Windows XP computer” will be able to run Windows 7.
At the very minimum your computer would need 1 GB of RAM, a Ghz array processor and Direct X 10 compatible graphics card. Unless your ancient PC was built honestly recently (say in the last 4-5 years or so), it’s honestly unlikely that it will be able to run 7 without some significant upgrades.

you cant`t take files already installed and bed in them in another comp. so, just find the way to get it online

Your license is only excellent for the laptop.
You cannot go Windows 7 to another computer.

You must buy another copy with license.

    I hope this helps
