How can I save a powerpoint presentation to a cd?
Hi, I am trying to make a dvd slideshow for my wedding. I did the whole powerpoint thing, but now I can’t figure out how to burn it to a disc. Also, I would like to set the powerpoint to music if anyone can tell me how to do that. I saved it as a movie and it let me set it to music, but it plays in quick player and the timing was all different so the song ran out long before the pics did. Thanks!

Step 1. Download your music in MP3 or WAV format
Step 2. Insert the music in your PowerPoint presentation.
From the main menu Insert > Movies and Sounds > Sound from file
Then from the Files of Type drop down box select mp3 format.
You will then get a message about how you want the music to start

As to the music problem, I guess you need to adjust the timeing, i.e. total transittions to be long as the music. All you need to do is set each transition to be longer.

The best format to download songs in is in the MP3 format. This has the smallest file size. However there is one big problem with mp3 files – you can only link but not embed mp3 files into PowerPoint.
Step 2. Insert the music in your PowerPoint presentation.
