How do i configure my windows 7 to allow me to be the only administrator that can remove a certain program?

I hаνе a game thаt thе οthеr administrators аrе nοt tοο kееn οn. I want tο know hοw i саn set іt up ѕο thаt i саn bе thе οnlу official thаt саn remove οr alter thіѕ program. Windows 7.

    Hi Kyle,

    In order to do this, you will need to have only one official on the computer and that official needs to be you. Then make sure you have the User Account Controls turned on to a high setting (such as Permanently Say). This way when someone using a standard account what to download a program, they have to get your permission (your password) in order to do so!
