I guess you have to download the record you want to present, and save it as a record file. Then insert the record file in your slide as an object.
Use a well loved Screen capture program like SnagIt, (windows) IshowU (mac), or something similar. They are free to try for 30 days. Just record the vid, and then place it in your powerpoint.

download the record using keepvid (from keepvid.com) then insert it powerpoint. If your powerpoint cannot read mpeg4 try using zamzar (zamzar.com – it can download and exchange files into avi)
