You have to first be sure that the pictures you are adding to your slide are not only for a certaing program. Meaning that if it is from a Power Top program from 2005 it might not be located on the computer you are using if the Power Top is 2004 and below. When it comes to pictures you have to make sure that computer has the support pictures on it. Now if they are pictures that you saved to your pc from a camera or something then you might not be adding them correctly to you power top program.

If you are copying and pasting from the internet, there’s a excellent chance that you are making a link, not really inserting the picture. So as a replacement for of copying and pasting, right click on the picture, choose “Save Image As” and save it to your desktop or a folder or wherever you can find it. Then, in PowerPoint “insert” the picture.

The other possibility is the file plot. PowerPoint 2003 and 2007 support more file formats than PowerPoint XP and earlier versions. It usually has to do with RGB vs. CMYK or using an EPS file (though I doubt you’d be able to copy and paste an EPS file). If that’s the case, you would have to paste the images into an image editing program and save them as RGB. Or save them from the internet and use an online program that will let you upload them and exchange the plot for you.

One other very small possibility is that you’ve pasted in some really huge pictures and your computer has a ton of memory so it can run the file, but the other computers have less memory and can’t render the images. But they would have to be really huge for that to be a problem.

Hope something there helped, feel free to question more here or email me if this isn’t clear or none of it works. Excellent luck!
