Copy and paste it onto the USB flash drive and bring it into school

Just open both folders (the folder the original copy is saved in and the folder for the USB. Just copy and paste the file into the folder and take it to school with you next day.

    Next day:

Open the folder and directly open the file.

    Hope I helped!

As a replacement for of copy/pasting you could just save it on the desktop and drag the icon into the USB folder… technically it does the same thing though.

    Simply copy and paste.

Well, I reckon you can try saving the PowerPoint presentation as record. This may help a lot in case the PowerPoint made on your PC is not supported by the one in your school. And record plot is more stable and simpler to save onto USB than PowerPoint.

You can use a PowerPoint to record conversion program like Moyea PPT to Record Converter (Free download at http://www.dvd-ppt-slideshow.com/download/).

Hope it can help you well!

I suggest that you use E.M. PowerPoint Record Converter V2.40, It can quickly converts PowerPoint to record, audio and images, such as avi, flv, 3gp, swf, mkv, mpeg2 ts, DVD, mp4, mov, mp3…
