How to reduce the size of a PowerPoint Show with music in it to be able to e-mail it?

PowerPoint only accepts WAV files and when I do that, it increases the document size dramatically and i can not e-mail it.
Any suggestions?

    Upload it to one of the popular sites that allows you to put files on the web.

    then email the link to the file.
